Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

HomeStar Remodeling, one of Delaware's fastest growing companies is looking for an outgoing, responsible, career oriented individual to fill an Office Manager role. If you are looking for a career - not a job, this could be the perfect position for you to grow personally and professionally. The position offers an excellent base salary and commission structure with the ability to make $35,000 - $40,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customers
  • Schedule current Customers for installations
  • Organize the installation calendar
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
  • Telephone or write emails to respond to correspond with customers or to follow up initial sales contacts

Requirements:

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
  • Associates degree with at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • An upbeat personality
  • Highly evolved written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite
